Delivery and payment terms:

All prices are stated without VAT. It is not possible to use quantity discounts at the orders up to 125 EURO, and a part of transport cost of 3,13 EURO is necessary to add.

There is billed a handling charge of 4,10 EURO for the orders up to 41,66 EURO.

It is possible to use a quantity discount in case the order is over 125 EURO, and the previous invoice was paid timely. Then your order will be delivered without any other transport and package costs. The goods is sent cash on delivery as a proffi-parcel, or it is sent with an invoice payable within 14 days.

All prices are valid only for deliveries around the Czech Republic. Deliveries to the Slovak Republic and other coutrys are charged according to the rates of the Czech Post.

Quantity claims are accepted within 3 days after the delivery.

Packages and waste: our Associate Fulfilment Certificate number is EK-F00050873

The guarantee period for our products is 24 months.

In case of not paying the amount outstanding within the payment term, you will be charged a penalty of 0,05% of the amount outstanding for each day of the delay.
